The safety of our guests and team is most important to us during this time. Due to guidelines mandated by the state and our internal beliefs, we have had to make some changes to the way we operate business and serve you.
Due to social distancing guidelines we want to minimize the amount of guests in the building. We ask that you come alone to your appointment, we will not be able to accommodate family members, children or friends at this time. We may ask you to wait outside, within voice distance and will call to you when your service provider is ready. This will depend on how busy we are and how many guests we have in the building at the time.
All guests and members of our team are required to wear masks at all times. The exception to this rule is when a mask may interfere with your service (facial, waxing, etc.) During these circumstances we will ask you to remove your mask for a minimal amount of time and take extra safety precautions. For hair services we ask you to wear a mask that loops behind the ears. If you are concerned about hair color stains or do not have the correct mask, we will have disposable masks available to purchase for $1 (we will try our hardest to keep them in stock).
Upon arrival at the salon please sanitize your hands before proceeding to our front desk to check in. We will not be offering coffee, tea or water at this time but you are more than welcome to bring your own. You are able to use one of our t-shirts or smocks to change into but we ask that you take all your personal belongings to the stylist's station or spa treatment room with you.
We have arranged the salon to create a 6-ft distance between guests or installed barriers where 6-ft is not plausible. We will be disinfecting all surface areas and implements thoroughly between each guests.
We strive to give you the best service we can within the limitations we have. For the time being we will not be performing scalp and shoulder massages, offering beverage service, sampling, have testers available and may not be able to perform the full service you expect from us.
Rest assured, these are temporary changes and we look forward to giving you the full Stephen & Burns experience in the near future.
